4dno Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Guide

General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 4dno ("Platform", "We", "Company") regarding the use of all services provided through the website, mobile app, and any other platforms operated by 4dno.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the 4dno platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all rules contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use 4dno's services.

The 4dno platform may only be used by individuals who:

• Aged 21 years or above at the time of registration
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are strictly prohibited
• Not currently subject to an active self-exclusion period or account restriction
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party

Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only on the 4dno platform. Holding more than one account — whether using a different name, email, phone number, or payment details — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, identity card number, an active Malaysia mobile number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information may result in account termination without warning.

KYC Verification Process

4dno conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance. You may be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed:

• Valid MyKad or Passport copy
• Bank statement or proof of address dated within the last 3 months
• A selfie with your identification document (if required)

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account login details. 4dno recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of protection. Any unauthorized activity must be reported to our support team immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal

4dno supports a variety of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX/IBG, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes within the platform
• 4dno does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• Deposits from third parties or accounts not belonging to you are strictly prohibited
• 4dno reserves the right to hold any suspicious deposits pending the completion of an investigation

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 for regular members and RM 10 for VIP members
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for regular members and instantly for VIP members after KYC approval
• Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts

Bonus & Promotions

4dno offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and time limits specified in each respective promotional offer.

General Rollover Requirements

• The welcome bonus is subject to a rollover requirement of 10x the bonus amount received
• The rollover period is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to the account
• Slot games contribute 100% toward the rollover requirement; Live Casino contributes 20%; Sports Betting contributes 100%
• Bonuses that do not meet the rollover requirements within the stipulated period will expire automatically
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the rollover requirement has been fully met

Bonus Abuse

4dno uses an advanced detection system to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered as abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedging bets using different accounts, or using automated software to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be involved in such activities will be terminated and all winnings and balances will be forfeited.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 4dno platform are subject to the respective game rules, which can be found in the help section of each game. The following general rules apply to all bet types:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except under specific circumstances outlined in the game rules
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, 4dno reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player
• Odds and betting limits are subject to change without prior notice
• 4dno reserves the right to limit the wagering limits of certain players at our sole discretion
• Bets placed after an event has started (for Sports Betting) will be settled based on the odds at the time the bet is accepted by the system

Game Result Disputes

If you wish to dispute the outcome of a game, the dispute must be submitted within 48 hours of the game ending. 4dno's system records are final and will serve as the primary reference in any dispute. The decision of the 4dno support team following an investigation is final.

Prohibited Conduct

Use of the 4dno platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Using software, bots, or automated scripts to manipulate games
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorized gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Uploading fake identification documents or misleading information
• Conducting suspicious financial transactions or those related to money laundering
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing customer support staff or other players
• Selling, transferring, or lending your account to another party

Account Termination & Restrictions

4dno reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Activity showing signs of fraud or money laundering
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player themselves
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal after a final review is completed. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

4dno provides its online betting platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, 4dno shall not be liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from service disruptions or system downtime
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
• Financial losses arising from betting activity you undertake
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers
• Any indirect, consequential losses or loss of profits

Privacy & Data Protection

4dno respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All data you share with us is used solely for the purpose of managing your account and improving your user experience.

By using the 4dno platform, you agree to the data collection and processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of these Terms.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers. Sensitive data such as bank card information and identification documents are stored in a secure, access-restricted environment.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

4dno reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms. The last updated date is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the 4dno platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a court with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
